Nish qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the early ’90’s before going on to become a management consultant with PwC Consulting.  He spent eight years advising corporates on best practice for head office reporting and was instrumental in launching PwC’s first commercial software business.  Nish has delivered significant change programmes in the Media and Utilities industries and has worked for GUS and UBM in strategic/M&A roles.

Alexander is an International Business Change and Corporate Strategy specialist with over 20 years of international financial services industry experience stemming from Senior Consulting assignments throughout Europe, EMEA and Asia in top tier Asset Management and Global Banking Organisations.

 

In the early part of his Banking career, he developed an expertise in a number of asset classes within portfolio management and derivatives trading in Asia.

 

From there he moved into consulting to premier financial institutions, delivering innovative Value Based Management and strategic change programmes across Europe and EMEA.

 

Alexander advises business leaders, C-level executives devise and execute opportunistic growth strategies to facilitate client acquisitions, product economics definitions, sales channel diversification and synergistic client cross sell.

Alan is an experienced management consultant having held senior leadership positions at KPMG, PwC and IBM Global Business Services.
At KPMG, Alan was a Partner in the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare team. Prior to that, he was a Partner in the Public Sector consulting leadership team at PwC and at IBM Alan led the Civil Government Industry team, including ground-breaking PPP work with the DVLA.
Prior to consulting, Alan's early career included positions at West Midlands PTE, Birmingham City Council and East Midlands Airport.
Alan is now Chair of the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

Mark creates and delivers complex business change led technology programmes in the Energy and Utilities sector.  He has been a Partner and Vice-President at PA and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young respectively and is now Managing Director of Barnsnape Consulting Services Limited.  Mark has developed a balanced portfolio of delivery skills including portfolio and programme management, enterprise business design and strategic IS analyses; that in combination with his stakeholder management and more detailed business analysis and technical skills provide a proven capability to devise and deliver major programmes.  Mark now works exclusively in the energy and utilities sector.  He also has substantial previous experience in the telecommunications, public and financial services sectors.  His prior experience includes the management of safety and operations risks, and in information systems strategy, development and implementation.

Andrew spent several years in management consultancy, where he was a Partner with ITIM Consulting a management consultancy, focusing on the retail and leisure sector. During this time he led significant Home Delivery, Supply Chain, IT and Business Modelling/Process Improvement assignments for major retailers. These included Argos/Homebase, Clarks International and Marks and Spencer.  Prior to consulting, he worked for several major retailers including Sainsburys plc, Marks & Spencer, Harrods and the John Lewis Partnership.  Recent roles have included Supply Chain Director of MFI Retail Ltd, Director of Retail Supply Chain, B&Q, Managing Director of Kwik Save and other roles with B&Q, Home Retail Group and Barclays Ventures.

Andrew Diaper is an External Advisor to Execellence, providing insight to new projects and drivers within the Financial Markets sector. Andrew has 15 years experience within the City delivering a wide range of IT & Services solutions to some of the worlds largest Banks and Financial Services organisations. He has a credible reputation having secured major contracts which have included JPMC, Lehmans, Deutsche Bank, Cazenove and Clifford Chance. Andrew's full time role is now within the BPO market sector focusing on off-shoring and outsourcing, but prior to this had significant success in his roles with BT Global Services and Siemens Network Systems

Andrew has more than twenty years in recruitment. He started his career in the mid 1980’s and quickly became established as a leading advisor to many blue chip and financial services clients. He was part of the team that set up a leading Financial Recruitment Consultancy advising leading UK and US Investment Banks on the recruitment and retention of senior programme management staff. Andrew then went on to join an independent Project Management and Consultancy firm where he became Business Development Director. He was responsible for building a portfolio of clients across Europe and providing staff for a number of business transformation programmes. Andrew specialises in the areas of programme / project and change management. He has an excellent understanding of the demands and requirements of both consultancy firms and end clients and has expertise across financial services, media and retail.
